Tags are used as a means of grouping similar items together. For example, you may wish to add a tag called "Finance" and apply this tag to all the recipients from your finance department.

Examples of tags
Tags have a diverse range of applications; they serve as the foundation of the Phishing Tackle experience. Let's delve into a few tag examples:

For training courses:
- Audience: The target audience for the training course, such as "Employees" or "Admins".
- Subject: The topic of the training course, such as "Phishing Awareness" or "Social Engineering".
- Level: The level of the training course, such as "Beginner" or "Advanced".

Training Completed: The content which a recipient has completed – "Completed - Checking Emails, Links & URLs Video".

For phishing campaigns:
- Type: The type of phishing campaign, such as "Templates For HR" or "Templates For C-Suite Executives".
- Target: The target of the phishing campaign, such as "New Employees".

Success rate: The recipients who clicked on a simulated phishing email link – "Clicked 22-08-23 Monthly Campaign".

For job departments:
- Job department: Recipients who are part of a specific department, such as the "Finance Team".
- Location: The department's location, such as "Headquarters" or "Regional Office".
How to create a new tag
- Click on "Tags" located within the "SETUP" category on the left-hand menu.
- Click on the "ADD TAG" button.
- Provide a relevant name for the new tag.

- Don't worry too much about getting the name right the first time. Remember that tag names can be modified later, so feel free to keep it simple for now.

How to edit an existing tag
- Click on "Tags" located within the "SETUP" category on the left-hand menu.
- Search for the tag that you would like to edit.

Click on the dropdown menu to the left of the tag to reveal a list of available actions.
- From the list, choose the "Edit" option.
- Rename the tag to better reflect its purpose and content.
