How to access 'My Profile'

The My Profile section is located in the top right-hand corner of the platform. If you are logged in you can click on the drop-down arrow next to your name.
- Then, select the first option in the drop-down menu, "My Profile".

First Name:
- This is the name that is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the page, next to the drop-down arrow. It is separated from your last name by a space.

Last Name:
- This is the name that is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the page, next to the drop-down arrow. It is separated from your first name by a space.

Email address:
- This is the email address that you used to create your account and that you are currently logged in with. It cannot be changed.

Change Password:

This is where you can change your current password to a new one. To do this, enter your current password, followed by your new password, and then confirm your new password.

Two Factor Authentication:
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring you to enter a code from your phone, in addition to your password, when logging in.
