- Login to the McAfee/MX Logic Control Console.
- Select the Inbound Policy.
- Click "Edit".
- Click the "Allow/Deny" tab.
- In the "Add Address" box, input our IP address. You can find our technical information (including our IP addresses and hostname) here.
- Optional Bypass Attachment Policy:
If you plan to send simulated phishing emails with attachments, we recommend selecting the "Bypass attachment policy" checkbox. - Click "Add".
- Click "Save".
Note: Once you have completed the instructions outlined in this article, we recommend creating a test phishing campaign with a small group of recipients. This will allow you to ensure that the simulated phishing email successfully reaches their inbox without being blocked. Our knowledge base article, Creating a Test Phishing Campaign will explain how to create a test phishing campaign.
