Data export is an extremely useful area of the platform that allows your organisation to retrieve reporting information in a CSV format. This enables you to effortlessly query and leverage this data in applications such as Excel or create compelling data visualisations using tools like Power BI.

Where can I find the Data Export section and how do I download reports?

You can find the Data Export section on the left-hand side menu under the Reporting section. To download a report:

  1. Navigate to the Data Export section by selecting "Data Export" under the "Reporting" category.

  2. Choose the specific report you intend to download by clicking on its name. This will allow you to save the file.

How to use a data export report in a report automation

Report automations are very useful as they allow you to generate reports containing data exports and automatically send them at any time. On the report automation configuration page, you can select any report or data export by choosing the 'Select Report or Data Export' field. Data export reports will have a green file symbol next to the name of the report.

You can download the following data in the Data Export section of the platform:

  • Phish Hook Statistics by Name
  • Phishing Campaign Summary Statistics by Department
  • Phishing Email Failures by Campaign
  • Phishing Emails Sent by Campaign per Month
  • Phishing Statistics for All Recipients (last 12 months)
  • Phishing Statistics for All Recipients (last calendar year)
  • Phishing Statistics for All Recipients (this calendar year)
  • Phishing Statistics for Recipient Failures Only (last 12 months)
  • Phishing Statistics for Recipient Failures Only (last calendar quarter)
  • Phishing Statistics for Recipient Failures Only (last calendar year)
  • Phishing Statistics for Recipient Failures Only (last month)
  • Phishing statistics for Recipient Failures Only (this calendar quarter)
  • Phishing statistics for Recipient Failures Only (this calendar year)
  • Phishing Statistics for Recipient Failures Only (this month)
  • Recipients List (Active Recipients)
