The Bulletin Board is where we add our latest phishing insights, articles, posts, and blogs. They discuss issues that are important to workers, both in the workplace and beyond. This knowledge base article will explain how to clone and edit bulletins created by Phishing Tackle.
How to clone a bulletin
- From the main dashboard, click Bulletin Board > Bulletins.
- Select the 'Clone Bulletin' button on the top right of the bulletin you wish to clone.
- Once cloned, a pop-up will appear below. This provides you with the opportunity to edit the Bulletin Title to your desired name for the article you have cloned. Then, click 'CLONE'.
- After cloning your bulletin, it will appear next to the original on the bulletin board. With this clone you will be given access to edit your clone as well as deleting it completely, as shown at the top left and right of the clone.
After clicking the edit button, you will be provided with multiple options to customise your Bulletin:
- TITLE - Edit your bulletin title here.
- DESCRIPTION - Add a description to explain the content of your article and provide additional information on the topic. You can also select the category in which best fits your bulletin.
- DOCUMENT OWNER - Insert your name. This way, if anybody has questions about your bulletin, they know who to ask!

BULLETIN IMAGE - Insert the picture you want to use for your bulletin. The title, description, and image collectively draw attention to your project/bulletin.

After finishing the editing of your bulletin, select the 'SAVE BULLETIN' button, as shown below.
- Now, you will see your project bulletin on the bulletin board, reflecting all the changes you have made. This bulletin can be added to a training course and deployed to your users.
