How to access the Phish Hook Button Settings

From the main dashboard, under 'Setup' click 'Organisation'.

From the organisation drop down, click 'Settings'.

Click on "Phish Hook™ Button" from the list.
Phish Hook Button settings
Within the Phish Hook Button settings page, the below screenshots have numbered the settings related to the Google Phish Hook button:
- The forwarding addresses (comma separated): These are the email addresses that will receive the notification whenever a non-simulated email is reported.
- Forwarded Email Subject: This is the subject of the email that is forwarded onto the forwarding addresses whenever a non-simulated email is reported.
- Show Organisation Logo On Button: This gives you the option to add the organisations logo onto the button. This image is shown as a square, and the dimensions cannot be changed.
- Report Submission Confirmation Text: This is the text that is displayed to ask the user whether or not they want to report the email - this appears above the submission button.
- Reported Simulated Phishing Confirmation text: This is the text that is displayed to the end user whenever a simulated email is reported.
- Reported Non-Simulated Phishing Confirmation Text: This is the text displayed when an end user reports a non-simulated email.
- Submit Button Text: This is the text that is displayed on the submission button.
- Submit Button Background: This is the option in which you can select the colour of your buttons background.
Changes visible on the Google Phish Hook Button
As shown in the screenshot below, only Inputs 3 (Show Organisation Logo On Button), 4 (Report Submission Confirmation Text), 7 (Submit Button Text) and 8 (Submit Button Background) are consistently visible to the end user.
Inputs 1 and 2 relate to the forwarding of non-simulated emails and are invisible to the end user.
Input 5, which refers to the "Reported Simulated Phishing Confirmation Text" and input 6, referring to the "Reported Non-Simulated Phishing Confirmation Text" become visible only after pressing the "Caught One!" button. The displayed content varies based on whether the reported email was simulated or not.
