This article will talk you through how to copy a training course from one organisation to a sub-organisation by using the Unified Security Platform (USP).
Copying a training course from one organisation to one or more sub-organisation is useful as it copies all of the data from that training course to the sub-organisations, so there is no need to login to each organisation and setup the campaign manually.
How to clone a Training Course to a Sub-Organisation
Note: To access to the USP, you will need a generated API Key. For information on how to generate an API Key, view our API article by clicking here.
- On the platform, at the top right of the screen, select the drop-down arrow.
- Select 'Unified Security Platform (USP)'.
- From the dashboard, under Training select 'Copy Course'.
- Step 1/5 - Select the training course in which you wish to copy to your sub-organisation(s).
- Step 2/5 - Select the sub-organisation(s) you wish to copy the training course to.
- Step 3/5 - Select the time zone, time and date that you wish for the copied training course to start.
- Step 4/5 - Select your training course duration.
- There is no end date to this training - The training course will be ongoing until ended manually from the training course options menu.
- Add relative training duration - Select the amount of days/weeks/months/years that you wish for the training course to be ongoing.
- Specify training end date - Select the time and date that you wish for the training course to be completed.
- Step 5/5 - Done! This means that the training course has been successfully copied to the sub-organisation(s) that you selected on step 2.
You can access the sub-organisation via Partner Portal located on the Phishing Tackle platform to ensure that the training course has successfully been copied.
To do this, select the drop-down arrow at the top right of the Phishing Tackle platform and select 'Partner Portal'.
You will then be shown a list of sub-organisations. To access the correct sub-organisation (once found in the list), select the drop-down next to their name and select 'login'.
Once you have logged in, you are brought to the sub-organisations platform. From here, under Training select Courses. Once this is done, your copied training course will be shown within the training course list, giving you permission to edit the course to meet your requirements (if the training course was set to start at a future date).
