Phishing campaign folders let you group campaigns into named folders, making it easier to view, organise, and manage only the campaigns relevant to a project, team, or period. For example, you might have a folder for the Finance team or for “2025 Q1,” moving the relevant campaigns into it.
How to create a phishing campaign folder
Select campaigns in the left-hand column, then click Create a folder by selecting the + New button at the top-right of the Folders area.
Enter a name for the folder (for example, Finance and Marketing Department). Optionally, select a colour (or colour image) to help visually identify the folder.
Click Save folder. The new folder will appear in the left-hand Folders list with a badge showing the number of campaigns inside (initially 0).
How to add campaigns to an existing campaign into a folder
Select campaigns in the left-hand column. In the phishing campaign list, locate the campaign you want to move.
Click the drop-down arrow next to the campaign, then hover over ‘Move to folder’ in the menu.
From the folder list that appears, click the name of the folder you want to move the campaign into.
Once a campaign has been added to a folder, you can click the folder name to filter the campaign list, showing only the campaigns within that folder.
