Once an end-user has logged in, one of the areas available to them (once enabled) is the End-User Dashboard Overview. This page provides a personal, comprehensive overview of their cyber awareness progress, including training activity, phishing performance, and overall risk level. By understanding this interface, Admins can more effectively support their users and help them interpret their individual security metrics.

How To Enable The End-User Dashboard Overview
Before end-users are able to view their Dashboard, an admin of the organisation must enable it. This can only be done within an Admin account.
In the Admin portal, navigate to the left-hand menu. Under Setup, click Organisation and then select Settings.
Click the User Dashboard section.
Select the checkbox labelled "Enable End-User Dashboard".
After clicking Save, the feature will be live for all end-users.

Navigating to the Dashboard Overview (End-User View)
If the Admin has configured the Dashboard as the default landing page, users will see this view immediately upon logging in. If another page is set as the default, users can access it within the end-user account by selecting My Dashboard > Overview from the left-hand menu.
Once selected, end-users will be brought to their dashboard, where they are able to view the personal overview of their cyber awareness progress, including training activity, phishing performance, and overall risk level.
AI Summary
When the dashboard is loaded, the user is presented with a general overview of their profile generated by the AI bot. It provides information regarding training activity, phishing performance, and risk levels, while also including tips to help end-users recognise future phishing emails.
The AI bot can be refreshed if any changes have been made to the end-user's account; this will update their overview to include those changes.
