Part 1 - Adding Phishing Tackle's IP address to Email Allowlist
If you do not use a cloud-based spam filter in front of GSuite this is the recommended setting. If you do use a cloud-based spam filter, you should allowlist by IP Address in the filter, and allowlist by header in GSuite.

Log onto https://admin.google.com and select Apps. You may need to click "Show More" if it is not visible.

Select Google Workspace.

Select Gmail.

Scroll down and select Spam, Phishing and Malware.
- Select Email allowlist and enter Phishing Tackle's IP Addresses, then click SAVE (6).

Part 2 - Add Phishing Tackle's IP Address as an Inbound Gateway
This section is to prevent Google from displaying 'Dangerous' or 'Warning' banners on simulated phishing emails and training notifications.

Log onto https://admin.google.com and select Apps. You may need to click "Show More" if it is not visible.

Select Google Workspace.

Select Gmail.

Scroll down and select Spam, Phishing and Malware.
- Select Inbound gateway and press "Enable"

This opens up the Inbound Gateway screen.

Configure the Inbound Gateway as per the settings below and click SAVE.

- NOTE: Under Regexp, the aim is to use a gibberish header that is unlikely to be found in a regular simulated phishing email (E.g.jffghkxpfmvhghekwpdsiryutyfm)
Last Step - Disable Return Path Headers
