Phishing Tackle's collection of simulated phishing email templates is continually expanding. We add new templates every week to ensure that we stay up to date with the latest trends used by social engineers.
Some users might find it valuable to have a distinct selection of email templates for their phishing campaigns. This is particularly useful for departments that require multiple administrative users to approve templates before using them in live campaigns, or for IT staff to familiarise themselves with the expected templates.
To achieve this, we recommend assigning a specific tag to a group of templates, which can then be easily selected for future campaigns.
NOTE: You will need to have already created the Tag you wish to use, if you have not already done so, see this guide
How To Add Tags to Email Templates
- Navigate to the Templates page and select the title of the target template. Clicking on the title will open the template editor.
- Click the Tags section at the top-right corner of the templates page. By clicking on it, you will be presented with a selection of tags available for use.
- Choose the tag you would like to use from the list.
- Click "Save".
Once you have assigned the tag to one or more templates, you will see it listed at the top of the templates page. By clicking on it, you can view only the templates assigned with that tag. Clicking on a specific tag allows you to filter and view templates categorised under that tag.
