Follow the steps below to allowlist our servers in Spambrella.
This is done using our IP address to bypass Spambrella's spam filtering, allowing our simulated phishing emails to flow, untouched, to your users.
Allowlisting by IP address within Spambrella
- Within the Spambrella Dashboard, click "Company Settings" .
- Click on the "Filters" tab.
- Click "New Filter".
- Hit "Continue".
- Choose the correct scope for the filter.
- NOTE; If you want the filter to be applied to everyone (recommended), leave the scope as "Company". If you prefer to only target a specific individual or group, change the scope accordingly.
- Choose "Email Headers" from the drop-down list of options message elements.
- Choose "Contain(s) Any Of" from the drop-down list of operators.
- Type in Phishing Tackle's IP address
