When using Microsoft Single Sign On to log into the platform, you may wish to avoid your users having to grant admin permissions the first time they log in as some users may not be fully aware of what they are accepting.
To give enterprise-level admin rights, circumventing the need for each user to accept the above dialogue box on first login, follow the simple steps below.
Grant admin consent in Enterprise Apps
Note: For these instructions to work, at least one user will need to have already granted permissions to Phishing Simulation Single sign-on. We recommend signing in to Phishing Tackle using SSO yourself before continuing to ensure this has been completed.
- Sign into the Microsoft Azure Active Directory from the Microsoft 365 admin center
- Hit Enterprise Applications and select from the list the Phishing Simulation Single sign-on
- Hit Permissions then Grant admin consent for Phishing Tackle
- Review and accept the permission request in the dialogue box
With the above steps completed, you have granted enterprise level access to the Single sign-on application and individual users will not have to accept permissions when they first log in.
