You may wish to have recipients enrolled into a training course as soon as they click a simulated phishing email within one of your campaigns or are spotted within a new breached database. Phishing Tackle makes this possible by using tags.
Both methods are very similar but we've explained them both in full for clarity.
Automatically enrolling users on a training course when...
A recipient clicks the link in a simulated phishing campaign
Below, we'll explain the steps required to automatically add recipients to a training course when they click a simulated phishing link.
This guide assumes you already know how to create Training Courses and Phishing Campaigns, but additional links are provided to associated guides just in case.
In the example below we'll use BEC emails/training, but this is purely for demonstration purposes.
- Choose or create a new Tag to assign to recipients who fail the phishing test. ("SETUP" > "Tags" > "ADD TAG")
-
- Give the tag a descriptive name, e.g., "Failed BEC Test".
- Give the tag a descriptive name, e.g., "Failed BEC Test".
- Create a new Training Course, and during STEP 2 - DELEGATES select the following:
- INCLUDE: [The Tag chosen/created previously]
- Automatically enrol new Recipients: Checked

- Create a new Phishing Campaign, and during STEP 5 - EMAIL CONTENT select the following:
- Tags to associate with recipients...: [The Tag chosen/created previously]

NOTE: If you specify an end date for the training course, ensure it allows enough time for the phishing campaign to finish.
A recipient is spotted in a new data breach
Below, we'll explain the steps required to automatically add recipients to a training course when they're spotted in a new data breach.
This guide assumes you already know how to create Training Courses. Additional links are provided to associated guides just in case you require further information.
