How to Allowlist in Cisco IronPort
- In Cisco IronPort enter the admin console.
- Click on the "Mail Policies" tab.
- Click "HAT Overview".
- Check that "InboundMail Listener" is selected.
- Click "WHITELIST".
- Click "Add Sender" then add our IP addresses or hostnames. All our technical information can be found here.
- Click "Submit".
- Click "Commit Changes".
How to skip outbreak filter scanning in Cisco IronPort
Allowlisting will not prevent our simulated phishing emails from being scanned by Cisco IronPort. To completely skip outbreak filter scanning in Cisco IronPort please follow the guide below.
- In Cisco IronPort enter the admin console.
- Click on the "Mail Policies" tab.
- Under the "Message Modification" section add our IP addresses or hostnames to the "Bypass Domain Scanning" table. All our technical information can be found here.
- Click "Submit".
- Click "Commit Changes".
