This knowledge base article will explain how to configure Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) version 2.0 to allow your users to use Single Sign-On. Single Sign-on is a simple and convenient way to improve the user experience, once configured users can access the platform using their identity provider credentials.
If you have configured White Labelling, please ensure that you use your organisation's White Labelled login page to log in. The URL used to access the platform will be used to configure SAML.
Steps to configure Single Sign-on (SAML2):

Access your SAML 2.0 Settings
- Under Setup in the left-hand column click "Organisation" and then click "Settings".
- Click the option "Single Sign-on (SAML2)".
Part 1 - Add our Service Provider settings to your Identity Provider
Our Service Provider information is shown in the platform on the same page as Part 1. Your Identity provider will need the following information to configure Single Sign-On.

Part 2 - Add your Identity Provider (IdP) information to Phishing Tackle
Now that you have finished adding our (SP) settings, you should add your Identity provider settings into Phishing Tackle. This information can be added on the Single Sign-on (SAML2) settings page. Part 1 of this knowledge base article will show you how to find these settings.
- In Phishing Tackle click the Single Sign-on (SAML2) settings page.
- Enter your "Identifier (Entity ID)" for you Identity provider.
- Enter the "Identifier Provider Id".
- Enter the "Identity Provider Sign on URL".
- Enter the "Identity Provider Logout URL".
- Provide the text contents from the Identity Provider SAML Base64 Signing Certificate.
- Click "Save" to save your settings.
Part 3 - Enable Single Sign-on (SAML2) In Phishing Tackle
- Under Setup in the left-hand column click "Organisation" and then click "Settings".
- Click the option "Single Sign-on (SAML2)".
- Click the button "enabled" you will see a blue tick appear.
- Click "Save" you have now enabled SAML2 Single Sign-on.
