PhishTAIL allows your users to complete their assigned training within Microsoft Teams. This article will explain how to customise PhishTAIL, enabling you to change names, descriptions, and branding. To customize PhishTAIL, you will need access to white labelling. If you are unable to see the white labelling option, it probably means your account is not yet enabled for this feature. Please speak to your account manager about adding white labelling.

How to access your PhishTAIL settings
The image below shows how to do this as an admin that has been granted access to PhishTAIL:
- Click on your name at the top-right hand side of the screen.
- Click "Whitelabelling".
- Click "PhishTAIL".
If you are unable to see the PhishTAIL option, it means your account is not yet enabled for this feature. Please speak to your account manager about adding PhishTAIL to your account.
Publisher Details

Publisher Name
- This is the text that will appear under the App or Bot name in the overview and App features on the Teams Apps page, or under the name at the top of the About page.

Publisher Website URL:
- This is the link that will appear on the About page of the PhishTAIL app these will be the links underneath the: Website link.

Publisher Privacy Policy:
- This is the link that will appear on the About page of the PhishTAIL app these will be the links underneath the Privacy Policy link.

Publisher Terms of Use URL:
- This is the link that will appear on the About page of the PhishTAIL app these will be the links underneath the Terms of use link.
Teams App Details
This section will explain the settings available for changing your PhishTAIL app.

App Short Name
- This is displayed in the menu in teams and at the top of teams when viewing the application.

App Full Name
- This is the name that is displayed on the overview page Microsoft App within the Apps section on Teams.

- This is shown About section of the app within Teams.

- This is the description shown when viewing the overview page for the app within the Apps section on Teams.

Colour Icon

This is the image displayed for the logo when on the Teams app or viewing the overview of the app in the Apps section of Teams.
The colour icon displays in most Teams scenarios and must be 192x192 pixels. Your icon symbol (96x96 pixels) can be any colour, but it must sit on a solid or fully transparent square background. Teams automatically crops your icon to display a square with rounded corners in multiple scenarios. To crop the symbol without losing any detail, include 48 pixels of padding around your symbol.

Outline Icon
- This is the logo displayed on the Teams sidebar when on Teams. The size of this logo should be 32 x 32 pixels
Teams Notification Bot Details

Bot Notification Name
- This is the name that will appear as the sender for the Teams notification
