This article explains what the Notification Schedule is, where it can be accessed, and how to download it. The Notification Schedule enables admin users to view sent and scheduled training course notifications.
How to access the Notification Schedule
Note: To view the Notification Schedule, your training course must include Notifications. If there are no notifications included in your Training Course, you will be presented will a blank page. For more information on how to create a training course, please click here.
- Navigate to Training in the left-hand column, then click Courses to open the Training Course page.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the training course you would like to view the schedule for, and select Notification Schedule.
- To search for a specific recipient or notification, you are able to use the Search Bar.
- To download your Notification Schedule, click the 'Download' button.
What information does the Notification Schedule display?
Once a Training Course with notifications has started, admin users can view the notifications issued to each enrolled recipient, along with the status of each notification. Within the Notification Schedule, you are able to view the following:
Scheduled Date/Time: The date and time that the notification was sent, or is due to be sent.
Recipient Email: The email address of the recipient enrolled in the training course who will receive the notification.
Manager Email: The email address of the recipient's manager enrolled in the course.
Notification Type: This shows whether the notification is a welcome message, a reminder after enrolment, a reminder before the due date, or a completion notification.
Notification Description: The description of the selected Training Course notification.
Recipient Type: The recipient type of the email notification Indicates whether the notification was sent to a "Recipient" or a "Manager".
Status: This indicates whether the notification is waiting to be sent, has been sent, or is no longer required (for example, if a recipient has completed the course, further reminders are no longer necessary).
