Phish Hook Button - Overview

Admin View:

1. Enable/Disable PhishHook button
2. Description
   • Enter a description for your Recipients to see when they click the Phish Hook button
3. Forwarding Email address
   • Enter the email address for receiving and reviewing potential phishing emails as they are reported by your Recipients
     • You can enter multiple email addresses, separated by commas:
       e.g. Security@yourcompany.com
     • Please note: To ensure your data is kept private, when the email is forwarded it directly uses the email client to perform this task and, as such, we have no visibility of the email contents and no information is sent back to us.
4. Forwarded Email Subject Prefix
   • Enter a useful prefix so your IT Security team know what they are getting
5. Button Header Text
   
   • Enter a useful description of what the User is doing
6. Show Organisation Logo
   
   • Add your company logo for added authenticity
7. Report Submission Confirmation Text
   • Confirmation the user is aware what they are doing
8. Reported Simulated Phishing confirmation Text
   • Shown to the user when email has been successfully reported
9. Reported Non-Simulated Phishing confirmation Text
   • Shown to the user when email has been successfully reported
10. Submitted Button Text
11. Submit Button Background/Text Colour
    • Adjust to match your organisation's official colours
12. Unique Id
    • Used to automatically identify your account within the Phish Hook button.
13. Download Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) Manifest File
    • Essential for both Manual Installation and Automatic Installation
