This article provides a visual guide for Admins to understand exactly what a recipient will see when they log into the Phishing Tackle platform for their training. When Admins are fully aware of the end-user interface, providing internal support and guidance becomes much simpler.
If you are an Admin and have already assigned yourself a training course, you can view the end-user dashboard and your training page by following the steps in our knowledge base article: Creating and Accessing Training for Admin Users.
- The "Your Training Courses" Page
- Individual Training Courses
- The Policies Library
- The Bulletins Board
- The Simulated Phishing Inbox
- My Dashboard Overview
The "Your Training Courses" Page
When end-users first log in to the Phishing Tackle platform, they will be met with the Your Training Courses page (above). This contains a list of all their assigned training courses, displaying the status of each course and allowing the user to download Certificates of Achievement for each completed course.
- The Courses page is the default page. End-users do not have access to the Admin dashboard, any creation wizards, or organisation settings. From here, end-users can access and complete any course material assigned to them by simply clicking the relevant course tile.
- From here end-users can access and complete any course material they have assigned to them by simply clicking the relevant course tile (below).
- They are able to sort their Training courses by "Newest First" (sorted by creation date) and by "Unfinished First" (all incomplete Training Courses are pushed to the front).
- Users are able to "Hide Completed Training", so only incomplete Training Courses remain on the "Your Training Courses" page. This can be undone, by clicking the button again.
- The Policies page (below) shows all assigned policies which have been completed by the user.
- The Bulletins page (below) shows all assigned bulletins which have been completed by the user.
- They can edit their name, change their password and enable 2FA (recommended) from the My profile page, accessed by clicking the dropdown at the top-right (usually where their name is).
- End-users can download relevant certificates by clicking the "Download Certificate of Achievement" button located at the bottom of completed course tiles.
Individual Training Courses
- All unfinished course content is listed on the left-hand side. To begin, users can click the play icon on the thumbnail or the content icon between the columns.
- Finished content automatically moves to the right-hand side, allowing the user to track their progress through the course.
- The user can see their progress through each piece of course content.
- They can also hide any completed content using the toggle switch at the top.
- If a user completes a quiz, they can review their answers using the "View Quiz Answers" button.
- A colour-coded bar at the top of each content item denotes its type:
-
Orange = Video
-
Blue = Quiz/Survey
-
Grey = Policy
The Policies Library
From this page, users can review and download (if enabled) all policies they have previously completed
- To view a policy again, simply click the title of the policy.
- When on the policy page, located at the top right of the Policy, you have the option to download the Bulletin to your device.
The Bulletins Board
From this page, users can view and download (if enabled) all of the bulletins that they have completed.
- To view a bulletin again, simply click the title of the bulletin.
- When on the bulletin page, located at the top right of the bulletin, you have the option to download the Bulletin to your device.
The Simulated Phishing Inbox
The Simulated Phishing Inbox shows all phishing emails sent to the user as part of your training. It mirrors a real inbox, allowing users to review the emails they received.
For your end-users to be able to view their Inbox, the organisation Admin must first enable the feature within the organisation settings. Our knowledge base article, End-User Inbox, explains how to do this.
Users can click into any email to view its contents and assess whether it is legitimate or suspicious. An "Ask AI for advice" option is available, providing guidance to help users identify potential phishing indicators.
Below each email, phishing failure types are displayed, showing what action was taken (or missed). This helps users understand mistakes and improve their ability to recognise phishing attempts.
My Dashboard Overview
For your end-users to be able to view their Dashboard, the organisation Admin must enable the feature within the organisation settings. Once created, you can refer to our knowledge base article, How to Enable the End-User Dashboard, for full setup instructions.
The My Dashboard page provides a personal overview of an end-user's cyber awareness progress, including training activity, phishing performance, and their overall risk level.
Key Metrics: At a glance, users can see vital statistics such as their risk score, risk level, training completion status, and simulated phishing failures.
AI Summary: A built-in AI summary highlights personal strengths and areas for improvement, helping users to understand their performance in simple terms.
Progress Tracking: Additional sections break down training progress, phishing results, and risk trends over time. This gives users a clear view of how they are improving and where to focus their efforts next.
Quick Access: A direct link to Training Courses is also available for easy access to their assigned material.
